1. Select PET QUANTITY and MUG SIZE
2. Write down your customization requirements in the personalization box
3. After payment, please send us photos via Etsy Chat. We will confirm with you the mug size, custom text, characteristics of the figure and so on!
🔸 Please send us clear photos (front, side, and back views of your pet) for lifelike 3D sculpting.
4. Customized products require a production period of 2-3 weeks. We will wrap the product well to avoid damage and ship it with tracking number.

📝 Personalization:
1. Pet's placements:
On the rim: Pet hanging on the rim, paws clinging on the rim.
